    Confirm you are registered to vote by looking it up here. You can register online, by mail, or in person at the Ulster County Board of Elections (BOE). This page of the BOE website has everything you need to know.

There are 3 ways to VOTE!

  • You can VOTE BY MAIL with an Absentee or Early Mail ballot

    New York voters can now vote by mail without having to provide an excuse. Voting by mail is convenient, reliable and secure. You can request an “Early Mail Ballot” online in seconds and track your ballot to be sure it counts. Visit this page of the BOE website to request your ballot. Info on requesting an Absentee ballot is on the same page.

  • You can VOTE EARLY

    During the Early Voting periods, you can vote at any of the special Early Voting polling sites across the county. Hours and locations to be announced.

  • You can VOTE IN PERSON on Election Day

    Look up your Election Day polling site here. Polls will be open from 6am-9pm.
