    Members of Congress represent Ulster County in Washington, DC, where they vote on federal laws, budgets, and national priorities while providing constituent services on federal matters in their districts. Every seat in the House of Representatives is up for election every two years, and two districts cover our county, NY-18 and NY-19—one of seven swing districts in the entire nation.
