About Kathy
A life-long Democrat, Kathy Nolan previously served a term in the County Legislature in 2018-2020. During that term, she promoted healthy, active lifestyles for children and families and assisted in the introduction and expansion of fun, creative, and sustainable forms of regional economic development, such as film production and trail development.
Kathy was key in moving forward with the development of the Ashokan Rail Trail. Her work has brought Ulster County more and better jobs, while enhancing our health and conserving the great natural beauty and wilderness areas that make the Catskills unique and irreplaceable.
